Whether you’re a veteran or a developing leader, the Leading Edge will help to hone your Christian character and ability as a leader. Each month you will have a book to read, leadership tapes to listen to, and one Core Meeting to gather to discuss the material reviewed. We will also give you the opportunity to meet strategically with other leaders

I've been invited to attend. It's the last Thursday of the month, January through May. January is simply an orientation meeting, and presumably when we'll acquire the books and tapes. I've still got a few days to decide but I'm leaning toward participating.
